I'm Rinaldo, a UX and conversion designer based in Montpellier, France. Before moving here, I spent over a decade in Amsterdam working for design agencies and privately-owned brands. I went from individual contributor to manager and from employee to freelancer.
Now, I independently work across various disciplines. I design, and often build, easy-to-use sites for people and non-people. I say this because nowadays machines, search engines and AI systems browse on people's behalf. So, I help to craft content that doesn’t make you sound like a machine, yet is easily understood by machines. Humans are not machines. People have limits, expectations, habits, emotions, and a need for clarity. I use my broad experience to help companies create one coherent system for both, regardless of their tech stack.
